Initial Assessment

Service Description

We begin with a 15-minute discovery session, where I learn the story behind your pain—past injuries, chronic tension, and how your body has adapted over time. From there, I assess your standing posture using 20 key skeletal landmarks to identify misalignments and fascial imbalances. Then, we dive into hands-on therapy, focusing on the areas causing discomfort and restriction. After the session, we re-measure to track shifts in alignment, so you can see and feel the difference real healing makes.
